Summary

Over the past 16 years I have learned many things working in the skilled nursing world. I have been grown into a level 5 leader and have made a positive impact on several people. I have helped over see the 5 year reno at north mountain medical while staying 100% occupied and maintained compliance the entire time. I use each experience that I overcome as a tool to help others if and when they have a similar issue. In my current roll as the life safety resource, i am able to help grow the 15 maintenance directors that i serve and the 15 administrators. I elp them understand the why behind the many things they do not understand.

If i am given the opportunity to take on the construction resource roll for ensign, i would help be the bridge between the life safety resource and the project manager to have a cohesive team that would help the market not only operate better, but also grow our culture in bandera west.
