Successfully obtained dismissal of all claims without payment of any amount.
• Successfully represented a client in a trial that lasted three months, resulting in a judgment in favor of the client declaring it to be the owner of coal-producing and gas-producing property claimed by 47 parties.
• Represented non-profit school in strategic planning and lease negotiation.

• Successfully represented a client in defense of a claim of fraud related to disability insurance policy issued under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act.

NUBPL Foundation, Inc., is a non-profit corporation founded to raise money to research a rare form of mitochondrial disease, and to advocate for patients suffering from all forms of mitochondrial disease.

• Co-Founder, Officer, and Director.
• Drafted the statute and successfully advocated the Kentucky General Assembly to pass the nation's first statute mandating insurance coverage for the mitochondrial cocktail.
• Raised in excess of $500,000 for the University of Pennsylvania Orphan Disease Center, and the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia to research potential cures and treatments.
