Currently in charge of all programming of new product development. Designing of fixturing and in process programming of various types of NPI parts. I currently am in charge of 4 CMM's (Zeiss Calypso) and all employees in the quality department in my division. Other duties include 1st articles, capability studies, and PPAP's mostly in the Robotic industry and Semiconductor industry. Hard checks using various gages including digimar, sylvac, profilometor, comparator, etc.

Responsible for writing CMM programs (Zeiss Calypso) for final PPAP buy offs for automotive industries. Hexagon Romer Arm Scanning Machine (reverse engineering of details) and inspection of new parts to 3D models. Hard Checks using all gages including digimar, sylvac, profilometer, comparator, etc.

Set-up, inspect, edit CNC Machines (okumas, haas, Brother Tapper, Hurco). Worked in tooling department making fixturing and gages for multiple parts using Lathes, bridgports, and Hurco. Responsible from beginning to end on how components were made for each job. Hard checks using various gages.
