Blacksmithing

Blacksmithing as a hobby and profession has been within my family as far back as we have records. I began my apprenticeship as a blacksmith when I was a child learning directly from my grandfather Franklin Furlong, who has been a working metal since he was a child. I enjoy the art of creating everyday items and tools from metal and ornamental pieces. The pieces I have made are made to stand the test of time. I go into any endeavor I take on with this energy hoping to build something which will last.
