Leadership Experience

MMA Emergency Operation Plan

· Compiled concerns from students, academic staff,  Student Services, and school staff in relation the general  lack of knowledge of the school EM plan and its outdated status.

· Presented findings to MMA Senior Staff to help spearhead updating the plan

· Reinitiateed and joined the school planning team  responsible for updating the plan

Military and Veterans Services in Campus

· Communicated with Veterans, ROTC and Active Duty  students to gather concerns to show the need for a military advisor and student representative for Veterans

· Successfully created avenues to help facilitate support for military students in the Academic, Admission, and Student Services departments.

· Presented a proposal for the creation of a student  position within the Regiment that focused on supporting  military students.
