  • Develop and exhibit appropriate sensitivity to diversity while engaging in-group dialog
  • Directly influence and engage with state and local leaders by increasing their awareness and understanding of new processes being rolled out and managed by NEA MB, along with ways to integrate them into their plans
  • Engage in cross-functional partnerships with internal departments to develop various materials and presentations that can be incorporated into local, state, and national programs
  • Educate business partners on associations' protocols and policies germane to the affiliates and provide guidance on how to assist them in furthering NEA MB goals and navigating obstacles
  • Develop, define, and apply knowledge of legislative, regulatory, and legal matters as they relate to the member benefits industry and the interest of assigned territories, in order to maintain compliance
  • Manage multiple projects and complete accurate work within appropriate timelines in conjunction with the demands of constant travel and multiple priorities in a constantly changing environment
