I enjoy all requirements of building and grounds
I have worked 20 years on building maintenance and grounds keeping during my early years of working transitioned into running a crew of construction workers/tradesman from all aspects from footings to roofing, print take offs, heating and cooling/plumbing/electrical, My current position covers all aeras of commerical building requirements. Back flow check, fire dept, lawn care/snow removed annual transformer inspection. I find the building management to be enjoyable.
I have lead the many projects on beatification on the current location and work to get best quotes to stay on budget. I look forward to excelling and this position and improving the environmental requirements thru team building.
