I started at Century Ambulance in 2005. I was an EMT. I went on to get my Paramedic & Critical Care Paramedic. I promoted along the way. I was a Station Captain, a Shift Commander, and a Operations Manager. My duties throughout my career were to help and maintain patient safety. Check vitals, perform interventions when needed. As a Station Captain, I had the added duties of watching the station, ordering supplies and guiding my employees to be successful. As a Shift Commander I reported to the Operations Manager, I was responsible for the daily shift and all the employees that are working that day. Finally, as an Operations Manager, I was in charge of the companies Operations, I had approx 280 employees and supervisors reporting to me. Worked with other departments to ensure a smooth running Operation. I left because I was very sick and medically retired.
I started at Citibank as a Customer Service representative, worked my way up to retention sales. As a Retention Sale associate, I was responsible for meeting customer satisfaction. If a customer wanted to close their account, I would try to remedy their concerns. I was very successful at this wining many awards and bonuses. I did this for 6 years/ I left to attend to school to become an EMT
Was recognized for my performance on the Ambulance as an employee who always went above and beyond, was repsectful, dedicated and always willing to go the extra mile.
