
I have independently owned and operated a tattoo and art gallery for over thirteen years. During that time I have trained and worked closely with many great artists. I built two brick and mortar stores from the ground up and ran them successfully until my closing. I have learned to manufacture and maintain many different machines, jewelry and furniture used in my stores. Although I am no longer a business owner I know that I have learned many valuable lessons that I believe would make me an excellent employee.
• Managed all day to day operations of a physical retail store.
• Customer service. Creating and designing custom artwork for clients. Creating new clientele. Solving any problems and retaining clientele.
• Management of employees and contractors schedules. Maintaining employee and contractor certifications.
• Inventory and ordering of supplies needed for daily operations. Organizing all supplies for ease of access.
• Tax preparation including 10-99s, federal and state documents.
• Maintenance and repair on equipment in the store including electrical and mechanical repairs.
• Shop upkeep including cleaning, organizing and sterilization.
