Open Campus & Juntos Program Coordinator

  • In partnership with the Central Oregon Open Campus and Juntos Coordinators, develop local relationships with school districts to meet the program needs for Juntos (enrollment, evaluation, data collection, etc.) In Central Oregon.
  • Manage, train, and provide lead work for volunteers, facilitators, students, or interns who assist with programs.
  • Cultivate and maintain partnerships with schools, educational institutions, and community partners, including advocacy organizations.
  • Develop and provide educational materials, program information, and outreach activities using digital communication and engagement tools and systems, such as the Extension website, publications, video conferencing, social media, and other online methods.
  • Use customer relationship management (CRM) data (HubSpot) systems to collect, store, and analyze program data, and manage student and the applicable Partnership Unit’s contracts.
  • Coordinate college access opportunities for Oregon State University, OSU Cascades, Central Oregon Community College, and other higher education opportunities.
  • Follow all regulations under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), the Institutional Review Board (IRB), and the OSU Youth Safety Guidelines.
  • Lead Central Oregon Open Campus and Juntos Coordinators with evaluating the quality and impact of educational programming and services provided to youth and adults, and of the tools/mechanisms used to deliver these programs and services. with coordinators to initiate program changes as needed.

  • Deliver Open Campus and Juntos programming in assigned counties using pre-approved curriculum, working with the managing faculty. Travel is required to deliver programming.
