As COR, Managed multiple IDIQ contracts supporting ships Maintenance for Commander, Naval Air Forces, Atlantic, Ship Maintenance Department.


For COMNAVAIRLANT, these include Maintenance Support Center Contract (MSC) , Engineering Maintenance Services (EMS) and the Ships Engineering and Maintenance Planning Support (SEPS) contract. I also support MARMC Contracting Officers as COR under the CEMAT contract.


Every 5 years, I coordinated the preparation of the re-compete contracts for the EMS and SEPS contracts, Providing the Fleet Logistics Centers (FLC) Contracting Officers with the Performance Work Statement and a detailed independent government estimate supporting the Base and Option years for each of the solicitation efforts.


On multiple occasions I supported the FLC Contracting officers by chairing the Technical Review Boards for the re-compete efforts of each of the contracts with members provided from Commander Naval Air Forces Pacific and Commander Naval Surfaces Atlantic and Pacific.


I prepared annual reviews of each of the IDIQ contracts using CPARS providing the contracting officer with technical and financial reviews of contractors performance.


Upon contract award, I drafted the technical and financial packages for negations of Delivery Orders. I managed an average of 45 Delivery orders per year with a budget of $28M annually.


I tracked the deliverables, cost and labor hours for each of the delivery orders for each of the CLIN Specific limits and processed or challenged invoices using Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF).


Utilized the Governments Electronic Document Access (EDA) database for managing awarded Contracts and Delivery Orders.
