While working at Domino's Pizza on March 12, 2004 I was shot multiple times (by another employee with mental problems) with a 9mm in the chest, abdomen and left wrist including being shot (point blank) with a sawn off 12 gauge in the face while I was down. I was then hospitalized for a period of 4 months following 10 years of continuous reconstructive surgeries. During this time and including a few more years I collected disability. In 2017 I felt it was time to get back to work again.
