For the last decade I have been building things in a metal shop setting. I am confident in my skills and have found that I work well with others. I have been more than interested in robots since the day I started working for my current employer, and the direction my career has gone indicates that. I seek to further my education in the robotics field while contributing the skills that I've obtained to this
point.
I have project management experience.

In this current role, I am an automation integrator. We build automated systems in house, make sure they hit the desired quality and production rate, then personally load the machine up and install it in the factory or business that it belongs to. On a daily basis I unload Fanuc robots and Lincoln Electric welders myself, Install software and often times external servo motors. Installation of additional axes cards and servo amplifiers, longer RCC cables, longer servo cables. Make sure that multiple arms and servos will respond to each other. I have built and programmed many welding turn tables, dual arm tables, quad arms, etc.
As a model maker I built and helped develop prototypes to be made for testing or display. MTD as an outdoor power company, and the group that I was in, focused often on riding lawn mowers. Skills varied greatly to create parts often from scratch.
Fitting and fabricating new machinery, to spec and good appearance. Was also involved in installation and troubleshooting hydraulic systems and moving parts.
