Project coordinator

Manage the progression of multiple remodels by performing the following duties:

Assist with the development of project scopes and objectives, including all relevant trades, management, and marketing teams.

Coordinate and manage internal and external resources/vendors including a team of anywhere between five and thirteen, Construction Contractor and crew, Plumbers, Electricians, HVAC technicians, and Painters, by providing regular oversight and issue escalation.

Track projects against milestones and deliverables and overall schedule and adjust as resources and requirements change.

Partner closely and assist Marketing Department to meet resident requests, answer questions, and offer design suggestions.

Provide quality checks and follow up on punch list items.

Meet weekly with renovation team to discuss project progress, future project scheduling, and any issues that arise during the renovation process.

Carpenter

Perform carpentry tasks demonstrating versatility in carpentry techniques, working proficiently with both hand tools and power tools. Perform and maintain key making and locksmithing duties for the whole community.

Crew Leader

Manage multiple high-end renovation projects for multiple high-rise locations.

Manage a renovation crew of seven consisting of a Plumber, Electrician, Carpenter, Carpenter Apprentice, Tile setter, Painter, and Laborer.

Lead Carpenter

Philadelphia, PA

Manage renovation projects for the Westbury, a historic center-city high-rise residential apartment building.

Oversee and execute all phases of luxury apartment renovations, including kitchens, baths and living areas.

Work scope including demolition, layout, and design, rough framing, electrical,plumbing, drywall, cabinet installation, tile work, countertops and appliances.

Custom carpentry details including historically accurate trim details and bespoke radiator covers.

All phases of home contracting services, including(but not limited to): custom kitchens, bathrooms, additions, windows, doors, custom book cases, built-ins, cabinetry, woodworking& molding, wainscoting, stairs and railings. Provide design and layout services, work closely with plumbing contractors, electricians, HVAC companies. Partner with interior designers, Architects, and painting & finishing specialists. Coordinate work with historical society of Philadelphia. Hire and manage staff of two carpenters and one general laborer.
