So most recently (2018-present) I've ran my own company. Texas Residential Services.(Plumbing and Electrical) where my duties included one on one customer contact with very important communication to resolve the issue or clearly state the desired outcome of our services. Pricing the services accurately, engineering the job specifications, archetectuating the engineered specifications to match the customers desired outcome. Determining the necessary manpower and assigning the appropriate jobs to the most qualified candidates to accomplish the desired outcome of the customer. Overseeing the work performed, correcting if necessary according to the engineered and architectural specifications and blueprints.

I oversee Payroll, Human Resources, Advertising, Accounting, Personnel, Customer Service, communicating with city officials, Permitting, Insuring the communication was accurate and precise. Contracting, etc...

Prior to this i was an Electrician at Highrise Electrical Technologies (2016-2018) where my duties included troubleshooting electrical malfunctions of high-rise office buildings in the Galleria and Downtown, communicating to my supervisor the issues in a clear efficient manner to adjust proving and job overview accurately. Perform tasks in a professional safe manner, meet with city inspectors and walk through work performed to get green tags from city.

Communication with supervisor and coworkers to efficiently perform necessary work.
