Respond to incoming sales calls for residential pest control sales. Listened to customer issues and needs. Build rapport with customer and handle all objectives. Educated the customer on each pest issue they had and recommend the service that would provide the best way to control problem and prevent the issue from happening again. Sold yearly service plans, one time service, seasonal mosquito and tick reduction plan and termite protection program. Close the sale and schedule service date. Also, would schedule inspections and assist CSR's with overflow calls.

  • Handled all incoming calls for Residential, Commercial and Government involving bed bugs. Educated customer on bed bugs, how they got there, how to prepare and planned and organized a plan of attack to eradicate the problem. Plan started with a bed bug inspection, visual or K9 then the proper treatment, Chemical treatment or Heat Treatment. Follow up calls to the customer would be made after treatment to suggest corrective actions to prevent future bed bug issues. Bed bug sales and services averaged @$227,000 each quarter. Telemarketing commercial and government buildings to explain American Pests on going bed bug maintenance program. American Pest services Maryland, D.C and northern Virginia, all my work was done remotely from home in NJ.
