This kept the Rhino 7 brands at the top of their mind and led to candidate referrals, which led to franchise licenses being awarded
  • Maintained a working knowledge of the franchise brands represented by Rhino 7. The company worked with brands across multiple industries. I was able to answer questions from consultants and coworkers accurately and efficiently.
  • Implemented marketing strategies to consultants using different avenues such as Mailchimp e-mails, regular calls, physical mailings and Zoom webinars. Consultants stayed updated on the franchise brands so they were able to identify and present to well qualified candidates.
  • Managed a database of candidates and consultants using Salesforce CRM. This included adding new consultants and keeping contact information up to date.
  • Managed brand content on Consultant Group Intranet portals. These are the first sources of information for consultants and I updated them on a regular schedule, ensuring that the content was accurate.
