Accomplishments

When I first started at Barnes Mfg. I was hired as a Tokheim assistant to help with day to day operations. Learning how to assemble parts, spray paint parts, set-up/teardown punch presses to make parts, weld aluminum/stainless steel floats, build Flamearresters for liquid storage tanks, alarms for storage tanks, load/unloading of semi-trucks, and shipping/receiving of materials.

Within the first 2 years I was out performing my trainer and ultimately lead to a higher position.

To me this was a great accomplishment.
