With 286 months of experience as a TDCJ correctional officer, field supervisor, and maintenance supervisor, I possess a comprehensive understanding of the overall operation of TDCJ correctional facilities and a deep knowledge of state and federal laws, rules, regulations, and procedures. Additionally, I am well-versed in the policies, such as the Behavioral Intervention Plan (BP 03-46) implemented at TDCJ.

My expertise includes the ability to interpret and effectively apply both current and updated rules, regulations, policies, and procedures within the correctional setting.
