- I started with Almon in 2007 as a technical author for all types of John Deere technical manuals (Operation and Test, Repair, and Operator's manuals).
- In 2011 I was promoted to the Service Pricing Guide (SPG) authoring lead position.
- My responsibilities include authoring SPG books, uploading books online where they integrate with the JD warranty system, and overseeing the maintenance of all SPG books.
- I am also responsible for overseeing the SPG language translations.
