Very motivated to understand the neurology of Oral-only cultures to better equip the Maco people. Disciplined self-starter who successfully completed postgraduate studies in Spanish. Fifteen years living in the Amazon jungle alongside this indigenous group will add to the diverse “ecosystem” of Vanderbilt’s student body, and being Canadian assures that I will be a polite fellow student (except when on a hockey rink, of course.)
Created, taught and re-evaluated instructional materials and adjusted for gaps in understanding.
