Dealing multiple car games per rules and procedures from both company, Tribal Gaming and Washington State Gambling Commissions. Handling cash and chips and overseeing complete layout of table and all play while maintaining game protection. Good customer relations needed in a stressful environment. As a Floor Person, overseeing up to 6 different tables while tracking player's buy ins and play history. Also making sure that dealers are staying within the rules and procedures from both company, Tribal Gaming and Washington State Gambling Commission guidelines. Strong customer services skills needed to work through any and all situations that may arise during shift. Communicating with other Supervisors and Floor Persons, including surveillance to comply with Title 31 anti laundering guidelines.
Customer Service in a Payday Loan/Pawn Shop environment. Also responsible for collecting loan payments and collecting of bad loans. Setting up payment plans in accordance with State of WA usury laws. Oversee daily operations of 2 offices with daily communications with owner.
