Summary: My professional career spans over 30+ years of experience in the fields of Aerospace, Defense, Intelligence, Counterterrorism (CT), and Homeland Security. Much of my experience has been with the National Intelligence Community (IC), as well as the Department of State, the National Geospatial-Intel Agency (NGA), Homeland Security, and other federal agencies supporting sensitive programs and contracts in and around the Washington Metro region. My duties included the execution, integration, research and analysis, and management of various intelligence programs to include: imagery exploitation systems, design and integration of advanced security sensors and other special projects to enhance security operations, and the secure construction of U.S. Embassies and diplomatic posts worldwide. In my most recent position(s), I’ve been engaged in the support of intelligence-related operations that provide critical information to the entire Intelligence Community (IC), and prior to this position, I served as an IC Senior Liaison / Intel Analyst Officer and Deputy Program Manager at the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) Watch Center, where I analyzed, coordinated, reported, and exchanged critical Intelligence on Threat and Warnings information to Senior Executives and Staff within DHS and its components, as well as to Law Enforcement and State & Local Officials at Fusion Centers across the country. Lastly, I was involved in the development and technical assembly of command & control sub-systems, and nuclear warhead navigation systems for the Minuteman and Peacekeeper Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) strategic defense systems, and various defense satellite systems. Currently, I'm supporting FEMA as a Customer service Representative for their National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP).
