  • 2011-2014 GM of Operations Leduc Service Center. During the first 6 months, I was able to turn the on-time performance from 63% to 95% with reduction to our warranty claims, increased our margins by having accurate work scopes and streamlined our manufacturing processes. My core responsibility during my tenure was to planned and managed daily activities with the sales team to meet the expanding business here in Western Canada, overseeing direct reports to ensure achievements of the customer service goals and standards.
