  • In 2023, received 5 commitments to cover $286 million in coverage gaps. This additional coverage represents $14.3 million in estimated sales per year.
  • Supplanted competitor in major dealer complex adding 532 units of coverage. This is approximately $39 million in coverage $7 million in addition business per year.
  • Successfully worked with 12 dealers to improve sales performance and avoid termination.
  • Completed state-by-state analysis of coverage, including long-range plan for dealer network.
  • Led team in creating SOP for recruiting new dealers.

New Dealer Specialist

Highlights

  • Drove improvements in first power unit sales, with avg. sale in 32 days vs. goal of 60 days.
  • Developed ordering tool for new dealers that cut initial ordering process down by 75% and resulted in 87.5% larger attachment orders. Tool is still in use today.
