DAVID LAWLER

BUFFALO,NY

Summary

After high school I entertained the idea of joining the air force. I then recieved two job offers the first was from the chevrolet axle plant the other was from the City of Buffalo. I chose the City job although it paid less money but was a more secure choice with a better pension than Chevrolet. Was married had two wonderful daughters. The wife and I worked hard in our respective fields and progressed rapidly. We invested in real estate and did well. I was all nuts and bolts at work. Hammer and nails at home. My hobby was building and drag racing fast cars. An expensive hobby which i crashed two cars at over 150 miles per hour and god let me walk away. I am truly a blessed man. Although my plan to retire at age 55 was realized. I am civic minded and feel I have much more to contribute to the City who treated me so well and the taxpayers who paid me. I would enjoy an interview for this position of Fleet Manager. I have a wealth of experience and still have the desire to accept this very challenging position.
