Work History

Chief of Security

As Chief of Security I provide safe, secure, and humane housing for approximately 1500 incarcerated men and women. To accomplish that mission, I oversee the performance of 285 staff from Correctional Officers to Physicians and a budget of over $36 million. I accomplish that responsibility while also providing opportunities for those under my care to address educational, developmental and behavioral deficiencies by participating in programming aimed at preparing them for their eventual release from custody.

Director of Security

Spartan Protective Services
Atlanta , GA
05.2005 - 06.2008

As a commissioned Officer, I oversaw the security of highly sensitive government resources and millions of dollars of government assets by leading a flight of approximately 125 personnel. I ensured my troops were trained to a highly effective level, were prepared for any contingency and performed with the highest levels of integrity and professionalism.
