I went to school at TSTC in Waco Texas where I obtained my Associates degree with in two years. I learned various welding process, MIG, TIG and STICK. I became proficient in hand tools such as Grinder, cutting torch, plasma cutting, measuring tape, weld measure ETC…
I learned several different techniques while working at Time manufacturing, to be more proficient at pipe fitting, jig building and tack welding for preparations and then adding finishing welds within osha guidelines, and finishing with in company time standards.
I specialize in all processes, and a very quick learner, I have been in leadership positions where I help train other new employees, and supervise welds to make sure welds are within company and osha guidelines and I help others to complete there assignments to maintain shop deadlines
Welding processes: Include skills such as arc welding, gas metal arc welding, flux core welding, and torching
forklifts, trucking, and piping also I have problem solving and quality control
became proficient in manufacturing parts as well as substantial MIG and ARC welding experience
Experience TIG, plasma cutting, brazing, torch cutting, shears press, bending and manipulating heated metal
Welded on steel, stainless steel, aluminum and all types of pipe using MIG, stick and TIG welding processes
Cut and welded various types of metals, such as aluminum, stainless steel, cast iron, and other alloys
Make accurate measurements using tape measure and precision measuring equipment
Operated safety equipment, monitoring the welding processes to avoid overheating of parts or expansion of material
Repaired any and all machinery, including travel cranes, forklifts, as well as heavy equipment using the SMAW process
Fabricated jigs and spacers to speed up manufacturing process while maintaining specified tolerances
