At Pomperaug Woods, I excelled as a Chef, starting as a server, worked my way up to prep cook, to line cook, to eventually becoming Assitant Manager. I have a hard work ethic and know what it takes to succeed in a stressful environment, but at the same time know how to work with my fellow chefs to keep a sense of calm in ourselves and focus in on the task at hand. I would be a valuable asset to any kitchen and have a willingness to both learn and teach.
