- Showing customers amazing customer service is only just one part of the job as a AP associate. While AP associates greet customers, we also check receipts of any customer exiting the building. If we spot any items in the basket that is not on the receipt, we ask the customer about the item. If they wish to purchase the item, we take them to the nearest self checkout and help them.
- Ap Associate also work closely with API (Asset Protection Investigators) in keeping their eyes out for any suspicious activities. If a AP is to spot such activity, then they will report it over the phone or the walkie provided.
