• Perform as an instructor in a specialized content area from one or more of the following areas of Aerospace Skills expertise: Structural Composite Repair, Structural Aluminum Repair

• Deliver content and assess effectiveness based on learning objectives, Deliver and Support Certification training throughout the Enterprise.

• Conduct coaching sessions to improve individual or group performance
• Emphasize safety precautions to be taken in all training provided
• Maintain a positive and productive learning environment, and address any problem behaviors in the classroom promptly in accordance with policies
• Perform individual and group assessments, and recommend process and performance improvements
• Understand regulations and standards, ensure delivery of courseware complies with commercial, government, regulatory and organizational standards and specifications
• Lead projects designed to produce educational deliverables
• Conduct Train-the-Trainer Sessions to qualify additional instructors
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide training consultation services
• Identify and validate training by observing, measuring, testing, reviewing, and analyzing training to ensure that learning objectives are met effectively
• Collaborate with stakeholders and service providers (e.g., curriculum developers, instructional systems designers, engineers, programmers, strategic learning advisors, etc.) to develop creative training enhancements, guided skills practices, job aids, capstone projects and activities to assist learners during and after training

A Safety Coordinator's primary responsibility is to ensure a safe and healthy work environment by developing, implementing, and enforcing safety policies and procedures, conducting inspections, and providing safety training to employees. They also investigate accidents, identify hazards, and collaborate with other departments to promote a safety-conscious culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Policy Development and Implementation:
Develop, review, and update safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations (OSHA, etc.).
Safety Audits and Inspections:
Conduct regular workplace inspections and safety audits to identify potential hazards, unsafe practices, and areas for improvement.
Employee Training:
Provide safety training to employees at all levels, covering a range of topics including hazard recognition, safe work practices, emergency procedures, and compliance with safety regulations.
Incident Investigation:
Investigate workplace accidents and incidents to determine root causes, recommend corrective actions, and prevent future occurrences.
Communication and Collaboration:
Serve as a point of contact for safety-related inquiries and concerns, collaborate with other departments to promote a safety culture, and communicate safety information effectively.
Record Keeping and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, training sessions, and other safety-related activities, and prepare reports for management.
Risk Assessment:
Identify, assess, and evaluate workplace risks to ensure they are minimized and controlled.
Safety Program Management:
Assist in developing and managing the organization's safety program, including implementing and monitoring its effectiveness.
