To that end developed retreat agenda focusing on improving communication, addressing hurts and concerns, and a vision with action steps to finish well. Out of this retreat came a vision of being heroes to family, friends, neighbors, and community.
Determined values and developed plan to:
- CARE for others by providing encouragement, support and empathy.
- SHARE skills, talents, gifting from work and life experiences with others,
- DARE to step out of comfort zone related to participating in new and different activities, reaching new financial targets for saving and giving financially.
