Invited to pin nearly seventy students from all ranks, and services.

  • Improved US army Europe operational readiness by developing comprehensive pre-deployment and NATO show-of force training models for US and partner Nation services from Germany, Switzerland, Ukraine, Latvia, Kosovo, and Slovenia at Hohenfehls, DE, and Lubjiana, SL. Organized, evaluated, and adapted training based on latest trends, and tactics training more than 20 EOD Teams.
  • Trained 11 new US EOD Team Leaders ensuring continuity of organizational operations long after expired tenure.
  • Earned second place EOD Team Leader of the year in Germany resulting in AAM while battling ailment with an unknown team member.
  • Trained nearly 130 Burkinabe of various occupations on improvised explosive recognition and/ or defeat, small unit tactics, and first aid in tandem with Dutch Army medics. , Unit received a thank you letter from the US-ougadogou ambassador for the outstanding quality of work.
  • Was the sole creator and instructor of all blocks of instruction given for a three-week course, eight hours per day, six days per week. learned conversational French in order to foster the greatest learning environment possible for Burkinabe tribal students. Was guest of honor for Burkinabe Army's birthday celebration, sat the Generals table for respect earned by his troops.
  • Trained nine Cypriat EOD teams for Humanitarian Mine Action, and ordnance recognition missions in Cyprus.
  • Supported humanitarian missions, assisting in the safe removal of unexploded ordnance from civilian areas in support Kosovo, and Germany.
  • Created EOD games competition to foster esprit decor between allied EOD forces from multiple Nations
  • Utilized on deployment as EOD Training Manager, certifying two EOD Team members in Team Leader tasks, and mentoring junior Team Leaders to ensure quality control.

Explosive Ordnance Disposal Team Leader

  • Oversaw more than 100 emergency explosive response missions throughout Colorado and Afghanistan as EOD Team Leader resulting in Bronze Star, Purple Heart, and ARCOM.
  • Worked in tandem with Special Forces (SF) groups to create CIED training for Afghan National Police, and Army. Piloted, developed, and administered three week objective training lanes for local nationals to complete before being mission qualified to operate with SF groups.
  • Supervised reception and integration training for incoming US forces into RC South Afghanistan theater, training more than 600 Soldiers over five months.
  • Built five 150-300' emplacement lanes, and trained six engineer and infantry platoons to maximize metal detection sweeping techniques resulting in AAM.
  • Recorded second place Team Leader of the Year during Afghanistan deployment while actively engaged response missions resulting in AAM.
  • Organized training with Civilian Bomb technicians from federal and local police forces, fostering interoperability and community relations.
