· Subject Matter Expert responsible for coordinating and overseeing all Pipeline & Terminal operations utilizing SCADA systems utilizing O&M procedures.
· Maintain safe, regulatory compliant, work environment coordinating with management, product accounting, engineering, terminal technicians, inspectors and contractors.
· Operate both East & West inbound pipelines as well as Luke AFB outbound line safely & efficiently adhering to all K/M & PHMSA procedures, ensuring product quality standards, verifying proper blend stock ratio injections and documenting all in eLog book
· In event of product release or other emergency respond expediently to protect life, and environment first, make all applicable regulatory notifications, all K/M notifications and initiate ICS per annual HAZWOPER training.
· Monitor all twenty-one truck loading racks utilizing Toptech fuel management program and SCADA to monitor product tank movement and transfer product as needed.
· Document any terminal equipment malfunctions utilizing MAXIMO program.
· Trained twelve of sixteen operators currently on staff.
· Operate and adjust refining process, to optimize yield and quality.
· Manage proper product split between CARB & EPA product pre/post distillation.
· Test products post distillation for refining adjustments, certification and documentation.
· Manage naphtha blend stock injection of high-octane gas, ethanol, and butane.
· Troubleshooting and fixing any subsystem that may cease to operate properly, including pumps, pump seal flushes, pneumatic control valves, heater for distillation towers, truck loading process, vapor collection and burning process.
· Lead responsibilities for all EPA & Government Agency Reporting.
