- Remove and dispose of old equipment, install new equipment, flush refrigerant lines to remove any oil, water or containments that may be in the lines, braze refrigerant lines, wire low voltage controls and Incoming high voltage, pressure test system with nitrogen to insure air tight seal on system, pull vacuum below 500 microns, add refrigerant according to manufacturer specifications, install and program thermostat, advise customer on operating thermostat properly, seal or replace any leaking ductwork, check all vents for any obstructions that may cause airflow issues, check Amp draw on motors and compressor for most efficient use of system, clean work space, explain paperwork and collect payment from customer if necessary, report any issues to management or office personnel
