  • Led a 5-member PR Branch managing PR readiness & development across European Command Staff
  • Installation Commander, Joint Personnel Recovery Agency (JPRA) west, managed 201 military, civilian, and contractors; managed $5M O&M/$21M civ salary budget, oversaw 10 bldgs./100 acres at three geographically separate locations
  • Led six-man branch managing/executing ground rescue force requirements for 42 Recovery Teams, 15 Squadrons across 6 Major Commands (MAJCOMs)
  • Led 20-member SPO team to manage $263M portfolioverified requirements, coordinated testing operations & directed the fielding of seven acquisition and development systems
  • Led 12-24 people to provide Training and logistics flight; Supported training & execution of worldwide CSAR operations
