My daily duties included:
Interacting daily with residential tenants along with customers seeking storage

Making past due calls to residential tenants who are delinquent along with customers that rent storage units
Being thoroughly familiar with emergency procedures such as dealing with fires, criminal activity, accidents, natural or man-made disasters, along with staying up to date with company policies and procedures to comply with current/new leases
Participating in training programs or seminars at management's request
Assisted domestic violence clients with finding affordable housing safe housing and with finding employment
Provided emergency housing
Ran weekly groups covering topics such as budgeting, redevelopment of social skills/social activities, and DV counseling
Supervised a team 10 with general management of the property of the DV shelter
Payroll along with scheduling
Assisted clients with navigating the social service system to coordinate with Greene County, Albany County, Ulster County, Dutchess County, and Columbia County Department of Social Services with affordable housing.
