- Maintain data in several sources CMMS, DPR, Excel to support manufacturing plans and communicate companywide the summary of production and manufacturing time.
- Attend meetings, analyze root cause, and communicate to management team critical supply situations
- Support capacity planning team with current production information.
- Prepare daily build schedules for Hermosillo assembly plant.
- Align build schedules to known supplier and plant constraints / GRL’s.
- Support all month end, quarter end and year-end finished vehicle inventory plans. i.e. Mod Centers, Assembly
Plants, and Market directives.
- Work closely with order scheduling teams/SVS to reach/maintain 3-7 weeks of buildable orders.
- Maximize constrained commodities and those on allocation control.
- Support Assembly plant batch builds and early balance out requests.

This includes all dock activities of loading/unloading, proper material storage, disposition of material and scrap, container management, managing new parts and deleting old parts, and controlling inventory with proper marketplace mgmt.
-Maintain and support Ford Production System and synchronous material Flow practices (card and call replenishment system, marketplace mgmt., live load/unload, contianer mgmt. etc.) with rest of material handling team.
-Coordinate, monitor, and maintain normal (and premium) receiving and shipping schedules to ensure production and customer requirements are met hourly
-Interpret, understand and proactively manage execution of the production schedule to ensure high quality, low cost just in time flow of materials with no production department disruption
