  • Worked with Vallejo Police Department Investigations Section in order to gain experience and assisted with investigating financial crimes, robberies, assaults with deadly weapon, gun related crimes, murders, as well as authoring search warrants.
  • Applied for and selected to become a firearms instructor, and was tasked with teaching new recruits firearms fundamentals. Also, ran classes for advanced officer training to keep Vallejo Officers safe and proficient with firearms, and up to date on new case law.
  • Tasked with running and maintaining the Vallejo Police Department's Patrol Rifle Program.
  • Applied for and selected to become a Field Training Officer, which enabled mentoring trainees while they were in the FTO Program, as well as when they complete the FTO Program and became a solo patrol officer.
