
I spend most of my life in the kitchen exercising multiple culinary skills. I've been trained in all fields of food service and worked under two Culinary Institute of America chefs as well as a Master European chef. I've also worked as a server in restaurants. I've sold electronic equipment to the public and I feel very comfortable in the hospitality business. I also consider myself quite good at sales. I have taken food service educational courses on how to maintain cleanliness, rotation of food, safe temperature zones, and overall safe food preparation. I am proud to say that I am passionate about the cannabis plant. I have over 25 years of cultivation experience and I'm pretty educated thoroughly about this amazing plant and its history.
