Responsible for day-to-day activities involving all field operations ran out of the Vista office. This includes all active projects in this region ranging from Office Tenant Improvements, ground up residential mid rises, large senior living facilities, hospitals, casinos, shell/core, airports, military and labs.

Responsible for day-to-day activities involving all field operations ran out of the San Diego office. This includes roughly 90 active projects in this region ranging from Office Tenant Improvements, ground up residential high rises, large senior living facilities, hospitals, casinos, shell/core, prisons, border crossings, military and labs.

• Oversight of our Superintendent team along with the General Superintendent
• ● Help with pre-planning of all SD projects from start to finish including scheduling, labor, prefab, means & methods, and spec reviews.
• ● Help with working with our field leadership keeping a close eye on morale. In our industry, morale can make or break a job and making sure employees feel both recognized and appreciated is crucial.
• Help assist with setting labor goals for projects during project turnover meetings verifying all team members understand the goals that are being laid out assisting in accountability and buy in.

• Oversight of the entire SD field which at the time was in the 800-employee range
• Work directly with our superintendents verifying the field was safe, productive and accountable

• Oversight of roughly 25-30 projects at a time. Projects would include ground up shells, basic TI’s, labs, military, prisons, airports and hospitals.
• Work with team on items that could save labor as well as keeping our employees safe.
• I was an apprentice when promoted to foreman.
