
I am a hardworking Business Process Analyst with 3 years working in Business Process Management and over 13 years total in the financial industry. In my time as a Business Process Analyst, I was responsible for designing process maps and validating procedural documents for the entire organization, collaborating with members of our executive leadership. I have leveraged my strengths as a relator to build partnerships in success with multiple teams across the organization to promote an environment of continuous improvement. Additionally, I worked to document procedures, both in an as is and to be state, to identify single points of failure, inefficiencies, and redundancies. I was also tasked with identifying and prioritizing top tier processes that would have the highest impact on the organization and establishing metrics that align with organization KPIs. Finally, I have been responsible for working with project teams in an Agile environment to ensure that process work is done early in the project.
