Satellite Communications (SatCom) Subject Matter Expert (SME) concerning all over-the-air (OTA) transmissions of the critical Integrated Broadcast Service (IBS). Provide technical expertise to the Global IBS Service Center (GIBSSC) to prevent or diminish any and all interruptions in the broadcast.

Optimized the survivability of the IBS network by devising a way spilt the uplink to two channels to ensure critical information was broadcast even in the event one channel was being interfered with.

Established as the primary point of contact (POC) for the IBS support managers providing technical assistance during satellite anomalies restoring the broadcast with minimal downtime as well as providing back up duties in their absence.

Lead trainer of Integrated Waveform (IW) for all Mission Essential and GIBSSC personnel providing a basic understanding of the IBS is broadcast as well as basic principles of Time Division Multiple Access (TDMA).

Provided training to all of the RSSC personnel around the globe on the IW planning tool as well as how IBS missions are planned.

Senior member of the Narrowband Working Group (NBWG) and the Annual SatCom Working Group (ASWG) as the representative for IBS and the SME for IW and DAMA.

Supervisor of the Narrowband cell of the Regional Satcom Support Center East (RSSC-EAST)

Responsible for processing over 5000 Satellite Access Requests (SAR's) each year in support of critical missions for CENTCOM, SOCOM, SOUTHCOM, and STRATCOM.

Performed critical testing and evaluation of IW Planning Tool (IWPT) as well as the Planning Tool SAC Component (PTSC).
