  • Oak Hill Country Club Concierge was a newly created position designed to deliver Platinum level Member & VIP Guests experiences. As a “Caddie off the Course” I worked in the Players and family hospitality ballroom during the 2023 PGA Championship. Prior to joining OHCC, I advanced my excellent customer service skills with great companies like HERTZ (Rochester Airport) & HYATT.
  • As a student at UCLA, I was recruited by Nissan Motor Corporation for a Corporate Management Training Program. During my tenure with NISSAN I went through extensive training in Inventory Control, Global Distribution, Marketing, Advertising, New Model Launch and International Car Shows Management.

Inventory Leadership

  • Revised the College of Automotive Management’s textbook; reworked textbook with updated Department of Motor Vehicle laws and regulations to better educate future students.
  • Developed Test Drive 2000 strategy that led to new Nissan dealership initiative that involved supplying customers with Nissan and comparable competitor vehicles for test drive purposes before making a purchase; resulted in boosted sales and improved customer service.
  • Implemented new barcode Inventory Control System in 2 years in Nissan’s Los Angeles distribution center; traveled to 8 other distribution centers in the US and deployed new barcode systems while successfully reducing length of install to less than 1 month.
  • Coordinated Nissan’s Parts Distribution Center in Los Angeles, CA; orchestrated budgeting, hiring and training, shipping and receiving, inventory control, payroll, and workforce management for a team of 17.
  • Orchestrated Parts Inventory Level at 9 Nissan distribution centers across North America; achieved a 100% fill rate consistently as an Inventory Control Specialist.

Financial Planning & Cost Minimization

  • Created a French language site to better target French Canadian automotive clients while providing internet and sales consulting; led to approximately 5% - 10% of all new business.
