• Decoupling Hot Water: The work includes decoupling hot water from the boiler plant, installing electric hot water heating equipment in the tank rooms in all residential buildings, and on eleven (11) outdoor platforms.
• Steam Trap Replacement: The work includes the replacement of steam traps in all the basement tank rooms.

Supervised a $56 million building envelope restoration project at Breukelen Houses for the New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA).

• The scope of work includes asbestos abatement, masonry demolition, restoration, refurbishment, and selective replacement of existing steel lintels, concrete repair, complete roofing replacement, fascia, and flashing.

NYCHA, Morris Morrisania, Boiler Replacement and Upgrade of Flu, Fresh Intake, and Vacuum Pumps, Bronx, NY ($23M)

• Scope for the 19-building residential complex included the replacement of six steam boilers, in addition to the upgrade of flue, fresh intake, and vacuum pumps.
• Verify the constructability of the work shown in the contract documents. Monitor project progress and.
• Coordinate activities to maintain the project schedule. Check drawings and

Harmon Shop Replacement Phase V - Stage II ($18M)

• Provide and submit shop drawings based on the contract drawings.
• Provide all HVAC equipment (RTUs, air handling units, split heat pumps, gas boilers, pumps, water treatment, etc.). With the minimum service and maintenance clearance as per accessories.
• Installing and furnishing all equipment according to specs and manufacturer requirements. Minor details, not usually shown or specified but necessary for the proper construction of any portions of the work, shall be included. Wherever two pipes of dissimilar metals are connected, a dielectric union shall be provided, along with the required number of damper actuators and accessories for a complete installation indicated in the drawings.
