· Provides expertise in engineer-specific training, force structure, modernization, sourcing, and deployment/mobilization of engineer forces.

· Responsible for the development of policies, guidance, and programmatic review of the WHC $8.1B Military Construction program.

· Maintain close contact with external stakeholders including Headquarters, Department of the Army (HQDA), United States Installation Management Command (IMCOM), and United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) concerning facilities management, construction, and engineer support to WHC installations.

· Provides mid-range operational and contingency planning, support to the NATO Regional Plan, management of rotational forces, and translating the commanders vision into objectives and tasks via the USAREUR-AF Campaign Order.

· Prepares operational updates and time-sensitive responses for senior leaders while coordinating with NATO LANDCOM, HQDA, Combatant Commands and other defense agencies.

· As the artificial intelligence officer, responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive AI strategy that aligns with the organization's overall goals and objectives.

· Executes current and future operations, conducts mission analysis, planning, and overall mission support to Central Command United States (CENTCOM) and United States Special Operations Command (SOCOM).

· Obtains a deep working knowledge of USACE engineer capabilities, facilities and requirements to increase support to combat forces and reinforces and enhances CENTCOM and SOCOM staff understanding of USACE engineer capabilities and accomplishments.

· Manage the ISSB that consists of 6 state employees and 13 federal technicians whose main function is to provide excellent customer service and troubleshoot all level 1 and 2 IT issues.

· Coordinate, understand, and install network switches and routers, unit and G6 assigned computer equipment, and current state-of-the-art software applications including E-VPN and energy monitoring software.

· Supervise the Resource Operations Center, with a primary duty of providing the G6 direct staff advice, maintaining and executing a 2.1-million-dollar budget, planning and preparing presentations, and advising of upcoming training requirements to ensure the G6 is compliant if evaluated by active Army or NGB.

· Forward deployed as the Engineer Battalion Operations Officer (S3) in support of Operation Enduring Freedom Spartan Shield, Operation Freedom's Sentinel, and Operation Inherent Resolve with 6 companies and over 800 Soldiers assigned.

· Directly supervises 6 subordinate officers and provides oversight to 32 Soldiers in the S2, S3, and Construction Management Sections (CMS).

· Responsible for development, coordination, planning, and execution of general engineering and Over the Horizon operations across seven countries.

· Oversees training management to accomplish command training goals. Validates battalion and subordinate Commander's Unit Status Reports monthly. Synchronizes battalion operations, training, common operating picture and situational awareness through coordination with higher, lateral, and subordinate elements.
