I'm a dedicated professional that is safety oriented and job focused. I am dependable and looking for a lasting career. I have spent the last 17 years with BNSF welding, inspecting and repairing railcars and locomotives. Two of those years I held a supervisor position for the company. The entirety of my railroad career has been as a temporary rapid responder. In this role I am by myself on the mainline and repair locomotives and railcars safely and quickly to expedite the movement of freight. To be more efficient for the company I have taken all offered trainings, learned and filled many other positions as needed. I have had a class B CDL for the last 8 years and have operated the boom trucks for mobile wheel set change outs. I am formally hazmat certified. I also build steel buildings on the side. Using plans I designed, I fabricate these structures from the ground up using I beams and red iron that we cut and weld to city code.
