  • Verified incoming material was properly labeled, identified and stored according to specified requirements.
  • Maintained accurate records of inspection results and corrective actions taken when necessary.
  • Inspected and tested products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Inspect using smartscope which is multisensor measurement system designed for inspection and quality control of 2D and 3D parts made in almost any material. Its advanced design allows the additional precision through the integration of multiple sensors, including touch trigger probes, micro-probes, and laser scanners.
  • Record data using an instron tensile tester. Tensile test (or tension test) applies force to a material specimen in order to measure the material's response to tensile (or pulling) stress.
  • Using optical comparator measure, and compare the dimensions of manufactured parts

  • Design, integration, and application of electronic components on products so that switchgear may be remotely operated and used to automatically reconfigure power distribution systems oversee the manufacture of these devices, systems, and equipment
