Case packer operator: Responsible for proper operation of case packer, palletizer, and depalletizer. Duties of case packer includes insuring proper jar and case codes, production dates, and exploration dates.

Material handler: Responsible for supplying packing line with all needed materials for packaging of product. Responsibilities also included proper distribution to warehouse locations, truck loading, printing proper HU Tags, and insuring product quantities matched production orders.

Also responsible for operation of large industrial digital scales.

As production manager at Uniband USA, I was responsible for the oversight of all production and personnel involved in the process of manufacturing light weight belting slabs. These tasks included every aspect of the process from inspection of raw materials coming in, to loading finished product on freight trucks, to working with HR on personnel matters.

I was involved with many procurement matters with suppliers and outside technical support.

I also was responsible for assisting in the installation of all the production machinery and other equipment. This included fabrication of parts and troubleshooting issues involved with the transfer of the machinery from Italy to begin production.

During my extended time at Mol Belting, I gained experience in all aspects of belting fabrication. I started working in the treadmill department, and then moved into conveyor belt fabrication.

I have experience in v-guide, side guides, corrugated sidewall, cleats, lacing, endlessing (of finger splice, finger-over-finger, skived, butt, and step splicing), lamination, slitting, edge capping, and more.

I was often called upon to create, troubleshoot, refine, and streamline processes for many different belt fabrications. This included designing and building machinery and machinery alterations. It was always something that I enjoyed because of the challenge and reward of being able to use my creativity to make improvements to efficiency and quality. It was also rewarding to directly play a role in gaining new customers, as well as growing the appreciation of existing customers.

I was lead man in many departments over my long tenure at Mol and was supervisor of v-guide/RF cleats when I was recruited to be production manager for Uniband USA.
