  • Use certified engineering documentation to ascertain the validity of certain parts requested for different aircraft including G500/G600/G650/G700/G800.
  • Evaluate BOM’s and other valid engineering to determine P2TD (path to type design) and verify finish and process codes.
  • Complete audits and create RSPL’s (recommended spare parts list) for customers under contract for additional post-delivery support and for aircraft entering “IN-SERVICE” status after receiving their respective CofA’s
  • Interpret data through excel using analytical formulas.
  • Utilize GD&T principles to interpret and translate engineering drawings and data to applicable spares models.
  • Collaborate with various other departments including tech ops, CS sales, service engineering, aftermarket expeditor’s, accounting, quality, and various other departments to provide any necessary information to satisfy customer requests.
  • Validate part lists for new engineering and confirm spare parts based on released engineering.
  • Present project results directly to management and senior management.
  • Perform root cause analysis of any discrepancy related issues relating to any area of an in-service aircraft.
  • Supply workplans to shop floor as needed with updated processes according to released engineering.
  • Utilize SAP GDGT to process workflow requests, enriching material in SAP and approving other workflow requests within SAP according to respective plant locations.
  • Create TSSP spares models based on TC (type certificate) engineering models while collaborating with service engineering to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Validate raw materials for GAC engineering to ensure correct material is used for requested Parts under review according to their respective governing AMS specifications and commercial specifications.
